Air pre heater fabricated out of mild steam heat exchanger to raise the temperature of Air supplied for combustion utilizing the temperature of exhaust flow gas. This Air pre heater helps conserve energy by utilizing the exhaust gas temperature to heat the air supply to the boiler from the blower.
Efficiency gained is about 2-4 %.
