Pressure Reducing Station

Pressure Reducing Station

Pressure Reducing Station (PRS) is a device i.e. set of valves that are used to provide desired pressure at user’s end. When steam is at a high temperature or superheated it takes up less volume, which means you don’t need a big boiler and your steam pipes will probably be smaller than if the steam was at atmospheric pressure.

Material of Construction: It is made out of pipe manifold fabricated out of carbon steel pipes fittings having strainer, separator, PRVs & Safety Valves. Tester IBR pipes having high pressure and low pressure line with steam control valves, PRV, safety valve, pressure gauges, strainers & separators for controlling the pressure of the steam required for the process.

Capacity : 500 kgs/hr to 10,000 kg/hr.

Pressure range from 40 bar & above to 3 bar. Used in all process industries.
